Back To It

Now that we're able to actively box again, time to crank this site back up! Gotta add an RSS feed, a section of useful links, etc...

Having trouble devising a new personal stamp. Meh.

Thinking about placing a box in Sonoma soon... Devising a bit of a puzzle for clues. Hopefully, we'll be scouting for a spot next weekend.

Finished!

Finally, the Fair Oaks box has returned to the roost.

Cock-a-Doodle-Doo

Re-planted the Fair Oaks box in what will hopefully prove to be a much more suitable spot. It's a little bit more remote, but just as interesting. I'm working on new clues...

A Series of Fortunate Photos

Lemony Snicket is the pen name of a very talented writer - and a first-class letterboxer! The Wide Window was our most intriguing find yet, out in the Auburn State Recreation Area, very near the super-scary Foresthill Bridge. Given my, erm, rather apparent gravidity, I wasn't sure I was going to make it once we got out there and saw exactly the kinds of climbing grades we were in for. But we made it out alive and well, if dusty and sweaty and hosting more than a few briars.

See the album!

Then we went to Baker's Square. There was pie.

Sutter Buttes

A trio of photos from waaay back in November. Mostly it served as a test of JAlbum, which has a nice collection of skins. Though I prefer to keep things around here pretty simple.
